Plant-Based Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

If you want to take part in Pumpkin Spice Season but would rather skip out on multiple pumps of pumpkin-flavoured syrup or the excessive cost of a soy or almond-milk based PSL at Starbucks, today’s recipe is just what you need.

Made with wholesome ingredients and ACTUAL pumpkin, you need to check out this EPIC recipe brought to you by Mirieta AKA @TheSweetenedPea

Plant-Based Pumpkin Spice Latte

½ cup strong brewed coffee (or 1 shot espresso + 6 tbsp hot water)

¾ cup soy or almond milk

3 tbsp canned pumpkin puree

2-3 tsp maple syrup

¼ tsp pure vanilla extract

¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Steam the milk. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes. Pour into a mug and sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice over top. Enjoy!

This bad boy comes in at a fraction of the cost and calories of your conventional store bought PSL and extremely quick and easy to put together.

Give it a shot, let me know what you think.
