If I’m being completely honest, Today’s article has a dual purpose.
The first is obviously to share with you guys 5 of the healthiest, most delicious and most popular recipes on my site that I really believe you should be trying before the end of 2017.
Although I’m not necessarily known for my recipes, I certainly have some good ones.
The thing about these recipes though is that many of them were developed by my partner Emily, who is a fellow nutrition professional and absolute kitchen wiz.
That brings me to the second purpose of today’s post , which is to acknowledge the important contributions she has made to my professional life over the last year.
Today happens to be our one year anniversary and one of the most important things I’ve learned from her in this period of time is just how much people value well put together recipes.
It’s one thing to tell people to try a new healthy food but it’s a whole other thing to provide them with a delicious and appealing recipe to convince them to do it.
She has helped me to understand that, and deliver on that need to my clients and readers.
For that, I am grateful.

Why Try? Statistically speaking salad dressing tends to be up there when it comes to calorie consumption from non food-group foods. To make matters worse, store bought salad dressing tends to be high in calories and low in nutritional value.
Why Try? Breakfast does not get healthier than this. If you are tired of the same old scrambled eggs, I promise that you will be blown away by how good this particular creation tastes. It’s also a great way to cut down your consumption of animal products.
Why Try? We all love ice cream, but the excessive calories, added fats + sugars can be a major deterrent. Nice Cream, on the other hand, is lower in calories and made with very healthy ingredients. A truly great weight management solution.
Why Try? One of the most important steps we can take to good health is to eat more plant-based foods and less animal-based foods. Swapping out meat for tofu in your stir fry is a great way to do this, plus it tastes absolutely amazing using this recipe!
Why Try? Healthier versions of typically “unhealthy foods” are incredibly popular these days. Who would have thought you could have a heart-shaped cookie made with truly heart healthy ingredients. Well, here they are! You don’t want to miss these.
I highly recommend you guys take a look at least one ( but preferably all) of these recipes.
