3 Steps You Should Take To Become A Better Dietitian

Today is Dietitian’s Day In the USA so I knew I had to bring some serious content to the table for all my current and future colleagues.

Annoyingly, this post comes a week early for Canadians because, for whatever reason, our two national bodies can’t just arrive on a single day to celebrate the profession.

So to my Canadian colleagues, Happy EARLY Dietitian’s Day ( technically March 18th).

What I will say is that the Dietitians Of Canada Nutrition Month Theme – #MoreThanFood is actually perfectly captured in today’s post where I offer you 3 things you can do today to improve as a nutrition student, dietetic intern or young dietitian ( most of my followers fall into one of these 3 categories!).

Read, learn, grow and most importantly ENJOY!

Step #1 – Work On Your Empathy

Step #3 – Work On Your Counseling Skills
